RESIDENT ASSISTANT

A Part-Time Resident Assistant at The Evergreens supports residents in an assisted living environment by providing personal care, administering medications, and maintaining a safe, home-like atmosphere. This role focuses on compassionate communication and observing resident needs within a person-centered care framework under the supervison of an Assisted Living Supervisor. Employees assist with activities of daily living, document care accurately, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure resident well-being.
