Resident Assistant

As a Resident Assistant, you will provide personalized, person-centered care to senior residents by assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting social well-being. This role requires collaboration with the care team to document resident changes and respond to emergencies while encouraging resident independence. You will work rotating days, often including weekends and holidays, as part of Tapestry Senior Living's vibrant supportive team.
