Resident Associate Med Manager

Ridgecrest Village is seeking a compassionate Resident Associate/Medication Manager to provide personal care, medication assistance, and support to residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and quality of life. The role involves building meaningful relationships with residents and families while maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment. This position requires a Certified Medication Aide to administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and perform delegated clinical tasks within their scope of training.
