Northgate Park is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Assistant to provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, promoting dignity and individuality within a supportive, family-like atmosphere. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, maintaining professional interactions with residents and families, and ensuring a safe environment through adherence to safety and infection control procedures. This position requires collaboration with team members and reporting to shift supervisors and the Wellness Director.
