Resident Engagement Specialist

This role supports resident engagement across the continuum, including Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Skilled Nursing, by leading and facilitating a dynamic daily schedule of programs within the Life Center. The position involves creating meaningful, personalized experiences through music, movement, art, and storytelling while building relationships with residents and families. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to develop new program ideas and support community events to foster connection, purpose, and joy.
