Resident Experience Associate

The Resident Experience Associate leads resident relations and community engagement across two downtown Minneapolis apartment communities, planning events and resolving concerns to help residents feel informed and at home. This role serves as the primary point of contact for resident feedback and supports proactive communication as the properties transition to Roundhouse management. The position focuses on building relationships, improving satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming community environment.
