Resident Liaison Officer

The Resident Liaison Officer will act as the primary point of contact between the project team and residents, coordinating property visits, surveys and refurbishment schedules while handling complaints and ensuring minimal disruption. The role requires strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills, as well as a customer‑focused mindset and a valid driving licence with own vehicle.
