Resident Lifestyle Assistant (Activity Assistant)

The Resident Lifestyle Assistant supports the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing and coordinating daily life enrichment activities to promote residents' physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. This role involves engaging with residents one-on-one and in groups, facilitating various social, educational, and recreational events, and assisting with special celebrations and outings. The position requires maintaining composure, treating residents with respect, and working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
