Resident Property Manager

The Resident Property Manager is fully accountable for all property operations, managing employees, activities, and resources to achieve property objectives set by the Regional Manager and Asset Manager. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy levels and property values while ensuring compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other relevant regulations. The Resident Property Manager also trains the Assistant Manager to assume duties in their absence and ensures all employees are properly trained in their job duties and IMI policies and procedures.
