The Resident Relations & Leasing Specialist supports the leasing and resident services functions of the community by assisting prospective residents through the leasing process and providing excellent customer service to current residents. The role focuses on resident communications, renewals, and overall resident experience to build positive relationships within the community. This position serves as the primary point of contact for residents and prospects while ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
