Resident Representative

The Resident Representative is responsible for welcoming and engaging prospects, residents, and guests while managing the leasing process from application to lease signing. This role involves conducting property inspections, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to promote resident retention. The position also includes assisting with marketing efforts, processing renewals, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company safety policies.
