Resident Services Coordinator

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resident service issues, move‑in satisfaction, and various administrative functions related to resident needs. The role ensures high‑quality customer service through move‑in orientation, follow‑up communications, Onesite document management, and daily property condition oversight. It also provides backup coverage for prospect interactions, report preparation, and assists the Resident Services Manager as needed.
