Resident Services Coordinator

The Resident Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the community under the Property Manager's direction, ensuring compliance with LIHTC requirements and assisting with financial and occupancy goals. This role serves as the main point of contact in the Property Manager's absence and focuses on delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.
