Resident Services Manager

The Resident Services Manager serves as the face of the property, providing excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors to promote a strong sense of community and maximize resident retention. This role involves coordinating resident events, managing social media and reputation engagement, and overseeing the Kingsley platform to address concerns promptly. The position also includes greeting and leasing to prospects while assisting with lease violation resolutions under the Property Manager's supervision.
