Resident Services Specialist

The Resident Services Specialist provides primary assistance and coordinates requests from residents with the property management team, ensuring exceptional customer service and community appearance. This role involves managing resident files, handling service requests, assisting with marketing functions, and supporting the Community Director and Manager in maintaining compliance with company and government policies. The position also includes participating in resident retention programs and performing other duties as needed to support the leasing team.
