Residente MEP

The Resident MEP role involves planning, coordinating, and directing work fronts through subcontractors in electrical, HVAC, hydrosanitary, and fire protection specialties to ensure compliance with the construction schedule for industrial warehouses and infrastructure. The position requires technical supervision of electromechanical installations, supply control, subcontractor management, and quality assurance during equipment commissioning. The role also includes documentation of work programs and material requisition and control.
