Residential Aide

The Residential Aide ensures the wellbeing and safety of program clients and staff, providing crisis intervention and enforcing policies during 8‑hour shifts that operate 7 days a week. The role includes building rapport with clients, de‑escalating tense situations, and performing light custodial and meal‑distribution duties while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service.
