The Connection
The Residential Aide provides direct client care and support for safety, health, and wellness within an intensive residential program for individuals transitioning from psychiatric hospitals. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living and maintaining a safe, harm-free environment for residents. The position is part of the Residential Behavioral Health Treatment care team, supporting clients' recovery from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness.
