The Connection
The Residential Aide provides structure and supervision to justice-involved individuals as they transition back into the community following incarceration. This role utilizes a strengths-based and client-centered approach to support rehabilitation, education, and successful reintegration. The position works within the Adult Services department to help participants access case management, employment readiness support, and local services.
The Connection is a statewide community-based human services agency in Connecticut that partners with individuals and families to provide resources addressing homelessness, mental illness, substance use, and community justice rehabilitation.
