The Residential Aide provides direct client care and comprehensive substance use treatment services to women with young children or who are expecting a child at a residential facility. This role involves delivering quality services in individual or group settings to enhance knowledge, awareness, and quality of life in recovery. The position is part of a 24/7 intensive, short-term residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program.
