Residential Aide

The Residential Aide provides support to clients in a therapeutic residential setting, helping maintain a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. This role involves promoting positive interactions, modeling healthy behaviors, supporting daily routines, and responding to crises using trauma-informed strategies. The position builds rapport with clients through everyday interactions and fosters accountability, stability, and participation in treatment both on-site and during community activities.
