Residential Assistant

The Residential Assistant functions as a member of the treatment team in a residential extended care setting for adults with substance use disorders, providing necessary supports and supervision to help clients meet their treatment goals. This role involves assisting in the implementation of a therapeutic residential program, monitoring client progress, and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. The position requires cross-training in both men's and women's residential programs and maintaining accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record.
