About this role
The Residential Care Counselor provides direct care and ensures the safety of assigned children in a therapeutic residential setting. As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, the counselor serves as the primary residential care staff contributing to the development of individualized therapeutic treatment plans. The role supports implementation, observation, and documentation of those plans under the direction of the Residential Care Supervisor.
