The Residential Care Manager oversees daily operations of a residential program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supervising staff, ensuring quality care, and coordinating with families, schools, and state agencies. This entry‑level, full‑time role provides support in daily living activities, budgeting, meal preparation, and skill development while maintaining program documentation and safety standards.
Chrysalis provides intermitent or 24 hour care for people with intellectual disabilities. We offer a residential program as well as a foster family option complete with day services, behavioral, nursing, activity planning, and other services. We also offer ABA services for children and adolescents with Autism.
