About this role

The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, coaching and assessment for Level 4 and Level 5 Residential Childcare apprenticeships and employer‑based qualifications. The trainer will manage a caseload of learners, develop individual training plans, ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and provide pastoral and wellbeing support throughout the learning journey.

Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality training, coaching and assessment to apprentices and learners
Develop and agree individual training plans with employers
Plan, track and monitor off‑the‑job training and assessment activities
Maintain accurate electronic records and diaries of learner interactions
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory standards
