Residential Clinical Coordinator

The Residential Clinical Coordinator provides clinical assessment, safety and treatment planning, and individual and group therapy to persons living in an Intensive Behavioral Group Living Environment. The role also includes training and supervising direct care staff, crisis intervention, and program leadership in the absence of the Residential Program Director. This position works collaboratively with internal and external treatment teams to support residents toward greater independence.
