Residential Coach, FT

The Residential Coach provides direct supervision, daily care, and support services for adolescent females in a residential treatment program focused on emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and educational functioning. This full-time, second-shift role involves implementing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), facilitating skills development groups, and maintaining a safe, trauma-informed environment. The position requires collaboration with program staff, clinicians, and families to support youth in overcoming substance abuse and rebuilding their lives.
