Napthens' Liverpool office is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers, Solicitors, or Licensed Conveyancers to manage a varied caseload from instruction to post-completion. The role involves investigating titles, drafting contracts, handling SDLT submissions, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring strict compliance with AML and quality standards. Successful candidates will also contribute to business development, support junior colleagues, and manage financial performance targets within a collaborative legal team.
