Residential Coordinator

The Residential Coordinator assists with the day-to-day operations of the Peak Living Services Twin Cities Center, ensuring compliance with facility policies and maintaining a safe, habitable environment for residents. The role involves monitoring the facility, managing resident communications and intake, and providing supportive counseling to help the unhoused population achieve self-sufficiency. This position requires handling crises, maintaining accurate documentation, and performing janitorial duties as needed.
