Jefferson Center for Mental Health
The Residential Counselor Float provides direct care, supervision, and crisis intervention across Jefferson Center's residential programs, including Youth Residential Recovery, Youth Crisis Stabilization, and Adult Withdrawal Management. This role ensures staffing flexibility and continuity of care by covering vacancies, leaves, and census fluctuations while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support client stabilization, recovery, and skill development across varying shifts and programs.
