Community Teamwork is Greater Lowell’s Community Action Agency — a nonprofit that mobilizes resources to help low-income individuals and families achieve stability and self-sufficiency. The agency provides a broad set of services including housing and homelessness prevention, emergency fuel and utility assistance, early childhood education and Head Start, workforce development and job placement, food and family support programs. Working with local partners, Community Teamwork coordinates case management, benefits navigation and community-based interventions to reduce poverty and strengthen families.
