About this role
A Residential Counselor supports adults in Behavioral Health Network (BHN) residential programs, promoting recovery, wellness, and resiliency. The role emphasizes helping residents regain independence and re-establish purpose while working as part of a multidisciplinary team. This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) evening position with scheduled shifts Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday 3:00pm–11:30pm.
