Residential Counselor

The Residential Counselor provides one‑to‑one supervision and support to up to six adolescents in a 6‑bed teen residential treatment center, facilitating therapeutic groups, daily activities, and life‑skill training while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. The role involves crisis management, documentation, and participation in various therapeutic modalities such as hikes, equine, and surf therapy.
