Residential Counselor

The Home in Walpole is seeking a Residential Counselor to support adolescent youth ages 13-19 with trauma histories, developmental delays, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder in a residential treatment setting. The role involves implementing a trauma-informed care model to help youth develop life, coping, and social skills while preparing them for successful transitions back to their families. Counselors will maintain a safe environment, participate in recreational and educational activities, and engage in de-escalation techniques as needed.
