Residential Counselor

This role involves supervising residents' habilitation programs and structuring a therapeutic milieu within the residence. The position requires providing training in daily living skills, monitoring medication distribution, and facilitating community integration for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. The role also includes participating in crisis care and providing backup telephone screening for Emergency Services.
