Residential Counselor

The Residential Counselor oversees client behavior and assists with completing necessary tasks within a secured Psychiatric Residential Facility. This role involves providing emotional support, monitoring resident activities, preparing meals, and maintaining a therapeutic environment for individuals with behavioral, mental illness, and substance abuse challenges. The position requires direct care, basic need services, and collaboration with the Clinical Team to support person-centered goals.
