Residential Facilitator

The Residential Facilitator role at the Nicholas Scoppetta Children’s Center involves assessing and recommending levels of care for vulnerable children entering or re-entering the foster care system. This position provides therapeutic support and psychosocial services to children and families while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safety and permanency. The role requires conducting intakes, facilitating conferences, and serving as a primary resource for emotional support using a trauma-informed approach.
