About this role
Grosvenor manages a £1.3bn prime residential portfolio across Mayfair and Belgravia and is seeking a Residential Leasing Manager to sit within its small London Estate team. The role supports the estate’s short-let portfolio and a £50m programme to upgrade and relet refurbished units, working closely with wider Asset Management, Projects, Finance and Sustainability teams. The position is embedded in a commercially focused, tenant-facing division responsible for maintaining market-leading rental value.
