Residential Maintenance Technician

This role involves completing residential service requests and managing vacant properties through the turnover process to ensure they are ready for new tenants. The position requires providing excellent customer service and performing repairs on electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems. It is a hands-on position for individuals with handyman skills who can work independently as a 1099 independent contractor.
