Residential Manager

The Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing staff, schedules, and finances of a residential site, ensuring compliance with OPWDD and OFPC regulations and state survey results. The role includes supervising direct support staff, managing budgets, handling documentation and billing, and providing direct support as needed while maintaining person‑centered, collaborative relationships with individuals and their families.
