The Residential Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the residences, ensuring flawless service for owners and their guests while managing budget, owner communications, and property care. This role involves collaborating with various departments, supporting the Residential Liaison team, and maintaining high standards for life safety, privacy, and loss prevention. The position also includes managing the Owner’s Lounge, processing invoices, and assisting with the annual budget process.
