Residential Peer Specialist

Residential Peer Specialists provide peer support services to clients on an individual basis and in peer-led groups, primarily within residential settings but also in office and community environments. They function as part of the treatment team, serving as peer role models to enhance client support and recovery. The role involves collaborating with clients to develop wellness and recovery plans while facilitating groups and activities that strengthen their recovery journey.
