Residential Program Director

Reporting to the Director, the role oversees hiring, training, and supervision of direct support professionals, ensures program compliance with state regulations, and maintains high-quality, person-centered services. The position requires extensive experience in program development, budgeting, and staff supervision, along with a reliable vehicle and flexible, on‑call availability.
