The Residential Program Manager oversees daily operations of a residential program for at‑risk adults and juveniles with developmental, intellectual, and medical needs. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with behavior and person‑centered plans, managing finances and nutrition, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while being on call 24/7.
Chrysalis provides intermitent or 24 hour care for people with intellectual disabilities. We offer a residential program as well as a foster family option complete with day services, behavioral, nursing, activity planning, and other services. We also offer ABA services for children and adolescents with Autism.
