Chrysalis
The Residential Program Manager oversees daily operations of the Chrysalis residential program, supervising staff and ensuring the delivery of services, development of person‑centered plans, and fulfillment of medical, financial, and recreational needs. The role also manages staff ratios, training, and coordinates with external professionals and state employees.
Chrysalis provides intermitent or 24 hour care for people with intellectual disabilities. We offer a residential program as well as a foster family option complete with day services, behavioral, nursing, activity planning, and other services. We also offer ABA services for children and adolescents with Autism.
