Residential Program Manager

Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee the operations of their residential facility, ensuring compliance with State and Joint Commission standards while delivering high-quality patient care. The role involves managing daily operations, developing systems and procedures, handling budgeting, and collaborating with families and other treatment facilities to maintain continuity of care. This position reports directly to the Program Director and plays a key leadership role in supporting the organization's mission to alleviate mental health challenges.
