The Residential Program Supervisor creates and maintains a small group living environment focused on maximizing resident independence and fostering individualized relationships with residents, families, and case managers. Working alongside the Director of Residential Services, this role ensures high-quality, person-centered planning and programming to support the personal development of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position provides leadership and direction to Direct Support Professionals within the group home setting.
Our mission is to ensure education, promote employment opportunities, and provide residential services to encourage people with developmental disabilities to become active, participating members of the community.
