Under the direction of the Residential Programs Director, this role provides family support services to clients seeking assistance through residential programs to promote independence. The position focuses on direct assistance to eligible clients applying for the Weatherization Assistance Program and home repair programs, requiring the ability to establish positive working relationships with landlords, clients, and other support persons.
