FSRI is seeking a candidate to provide guidance and supervision to children and adolescents in a residential setting, assisting them with daily life decisions and discipline within agency policies. The role involves creating an environment that promotes the physical and mental well-being of each child and implementing Trauma Systems Therapy in the milieu. This position requires working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support the 24/7 operations of the facility.
