Residential RBT

The Residential RBT provides individualized 1:1 or group support to adult residential learners within their home and community environments, promoting skill development, independence, and progress toward individualized goals. This role involves collaborating with the clinical team to implement support plans, assist with daily living activities, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and incidents.
